I am writing this letter as a referral for Dan Smith in regards to the basement he finished for us.
Before we chose Birk's to do our basement we collected three different quotes, all the prices we got were close to one another and the choice came down to who we felt we could trust more to be in our home every day for a month as well as be honest with us throughout the construction process. We felt very confortable with Dan as soon as we met him and the choice was easy.
As for the work Dan did an excellent job and everything was done to the level of quality we expected. I was also impressed with the crew Dan used, especially the electrician. Dan kept us in the loop every step of the way and answered every question we had in a prompt and professional manner always making himself available either by phone, email, or personal visit to our house.
